The philosophy behind the work of Gianfranco and his wife Simona is clear and apparently very simple: maniacal care of the vineyard, very low yields, few interventions in the cellar, solely aimed at enhancing the natural expressive cleanliness of the primitive. Beyond this, even the company mission has been, from the beginning, clear and apparently simple, aimed at producing wines characterized by a marked territorial identity, starting from those old vines that, from fifty years of age arrive today, for the precisely, even to touch the century of life. This is how a sort of perfect alchemy was born, which led to such an immediate and important success that it made us look with new eyes not only at the Manduria area, but at the whole Apulian viticulture.
