The commitment to transform the vineyard and cellar practices, taken on in 1991, produces its first fruit with the 1993 harvest. The result has produced a wine that despite its youth already showed all the expressive potential of a great wine at its debut . 1994 marks the definitive birth of the Terra di Lavoro and the success of the Galardi farm in this adventure.

The territory extends over a volcanic soil of great potential sloping down towards the sea. The vineyards and olive groves are inserted in an enchanting setting of chestnut woods that alternate on the slopes of the Roccamonfina volcano offering an extraordinary opportunity to meet nature. . The cultivation of chestnut groves, olive groves and vineyards together with the production of quality wine and extra virgin olive oil constitute the work commitment of Galardi. Galardi, giving substance to love for the land and respect for nature, has always adopted the criteria of organic farming. The potential of the volcanic soil and the meeting with Riccardo Cotarella, a winemaker of great value and particularly sensitive to the recovery and enhancement of the wines of the South, led to the birth, in 1993, of the Terra di Lavoro, a product that was for everyone a incredible surprise. From a close collaboration between the protagonists of this beautiful adventure, we have now moved on to an efficient and modern structure animated by the spirit of all time. With a careful blend of Aglianico and Piedirosso, once called "Pere 'e Palummo", obtained from vineyards exposed to the South-West between four hundred and five hundred meters on the enchanting gulf of Gaeta, Terra di Lavoro, a wine of great structure, suitably aged in small oak barrels.
