Franck Bonville is a family business of Recoltant Manipulant (RM) of the prestigious French wine region of Champagne. Currently at the helm of the Maison is the fourth generation, represented by Olivier Bonville who, after graduating as an Oenologist in Reims and having practiced in multiple companies in Corsica and Germany, has reunited with his company. Waiting for him were his parents, Gilles and Ingrid, who willingly accepted his innovative spirit and the resulting revolutions in the cellar and in the vineyard, with the arrival of sustainable agriculture that respects the surrounding environment.

The Frank Bonville Champagne House expands over 20 hectares of vineyards divided into 77 different plots located in three municipalities classified as Grand Cru: Avize, Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. A place that has now become a cult for the production of Chardonnay, the only white grape variety in Champagne, which is not by chance nicknamed Côte de Blancs. This grape, which Franck Bonville masterfully interprets, expresses all the elegance and refinement of this area, characterized by a subsoil rich in chalk that gives savory and fresh veins to the final glass. The cultivation of the vine is based on the principles sanctioned by the “HVE” (Haute Valeur Environnementale) regulations and undertakes not to use herbicides and insecticides and to preserve the biodiversity of the flora and fauna naturally present between the rows.

Maison Franck Bonville's vignerons have long been committed to offering labels of great depth and personality, a reflection of the exceptional terroir they have the fortune and privilege of living and cultivating personally. Already starting from 1970 Gilles Bonville with the support of his wife Ingrid, replaced the old oak barrels with small stainless steel tanks, in order to achieve a greater degree of precision in the vinification phase. Today, his son Olivier, in full respect of the family tradition, carries on his deep passion for the culture of the vineyard with greater respect and sensitivity, in order to transmit all the authentic magic of Champagne, bubble after bubble.
