2013 returns to the glorious steps of late harvests. After a cold and humid winter followed by a very cool and rainy spring, the vineyard began its growth with a delay of fifteen days. The hot and dry summer, with the highest sun exposure ever recorded in Champagne, was particularly beneficial for the quality of the grapes. The rains of early September soon gave way to the wind, which allowed to keep the grapes healthy until harvest. The harvest lasted from 28 September to 15 October, with grapes that revealed a promising balance between acidity and roundness.
