Description and characteristics

It has a yellow color with light golden reflections.


On the nose it expresses notes of pear, jasmine and mimosa, followed by aromas of melted butter, roots and seaweed.In the mouth it is lively, balanced and tonic, supported by a rich structure. The effervescence gradually dissolves to give way to a softer structure, carried by a very long, tense and slightly astringent finish.
