Salon Cuvée brut is an extremely rare vintage champagne, produced exclusively in the best vintages. Only 37 vintages were produced in the 20th century, a unique phenomenon in the world of wine.

Description and characteristics

Straw yellow color, with a delicate and persistent perlage. On the nose it evokes floral notes, lime and jasmine, and citrus notes such as bergamot, at times mineral, offering secondary hints of hazelnuts, pralines and ripe yellow fruits. On the palate it is powerful and full, exuberant and sublimely elegant, pervaded by hints of ripe fruit.
