The Bianco 'Carat' by Fulvio Bressan has a deep golden yellow color. The complex olfactory panorama is made up of intense hints of apricot, peach, melon and orange peel, embellished with suggestions of spices and acacia honey and a pleasant background of almond. Soft, fresh and persuasive on the palate, with great breadth and refined sapid-mineral persistence.
