
It is made from Viognier grapes which come from vines planted in Cote Chatillon on soils characterized by schist and granite which give the wine character. The grapes undergo fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks followed by refinement mainly in amphora for approximately 80% and in barriques for the rest for 12 months. Notes of apricot and white flowers prevail in addition to mineral notes. On the palate it shows concentration with fruit such as citrus and apple and again flowers, with mineral returns on the finish.
