A real explosion of fresh apricot and peach, lemon verbena and green tea. Incredibly full-bodied and round in the mouth, this has the real salt and power of Château-Grillet, with confit lemon zest and salted nuts on the finish. Incredibly long and round but not massive, more spherical. You can smell the alcohol, but it's not unbalanced.
