The taste is soft, fresh and enveloping, with a finish that persists for a long time with savory and mineral sensations. A Chardonnay from the Côte d'Or of great elegance, therefore to be paired with rather refined dishes such as risottos and elaborate second courses based on white meats such as rabbit or veal.
