Messorio is a personal challenge with one of the most widespread varieties in the Bolgheri area, on the Tuscan coast and in the world: Merlot.

Description and characteristics

Ruby red in the glass, deep and impenetrable to the eye. Black cherry, currant, plum and blackberry open the entrance to the nose, which then develops on important tertiary notes of leather, sandalwood, tobacco, vanilla and cinnamon. The gustatory impact is formidable, warm and powerful, vigorous and well-worked in the tannic texture, then persistent and pleasantly almondy on the finish.
