The nose opens with an airy and subtle limestone structure, almost maritime, accompanied by minty and refreshing notes of herbs, including chervil, dill and verbena, and small white spring flowers. It then opens to fruit with notes of white peach, finely caramelized cooked pear, toasted pineapple, butter, almond and praline. There is also a hint of honey emerging. On the palate, the volume and expressive richness of the fruit are remarkable. The expression of the soil is omnipresent, increasingly on the finish, evoking stone warmed by the sun. The intertwining between the rock and the fruit is absolutely perfect.
