Sancerre of notable expressive tension, characterized by a very elegant profile and a pleasantly rich and satisfying sip. At sight it has a light yellow color with bright greenish reflections. The bouquet expresses aromas of ime peel, grapefruit, aromatic herbs, nettle, aromas of green apple, peach, white pulp fruit and mineral sensations of flint. The entry on the palate is decisive and clear, with a beautiful aromatic depth and a pleasantly fresh and savory finish. Excellent to drink young but to fully enjoy it requires a few years of refinement in the bottle.
