Capo Martino by Jermann is an incredible wine adventure in which Friulian Tocai is the protagonist of a show together with its companions Ribolla Gialla, Istrian Malvasia and Picolit. It takes its name from the Capo Martino hill, where the grapes grow which in 1991 gave rise to what Anton Jermann's heirs baptized as the "little dream, towards a promised land"

Description and characteristics

Capo Martino is characterized by a bright straw yellow color. On the nose, it offers a complex and inviting bouquet, with notes of tropical fruit, ripe citrus, white flowers and a light spiciness. In the mouth it is fresh, vibrant and well structured, with a pleasant minerality and a harmonious balance between acidity and softness.
