From the vinification of 100% pure Teroldego grapes. The origin is the classic one of Trentino, the vinification follows the traditional method with the fermentation of the must coming from the vineyards of the Dolomites develops with indigenous yeasts in large open vats, while the aging is done in barrels for 15 months.
The wine has a ruby red color. The nose is entirely played on notes that recall the fruit, from which emerge pleasant sensations of cherry and blackberry, embellished with more woody touches, resulting from aging. The taste is intense, broad and fascinating, characterized by a mineral vein and a sip with a fruity aftertaste.
This Granato accompanies red meat, grilled or braised meat, pasta dishes and risotto made with tomato sauce and aged cheese.
