Cervaro della Sala was one of the first Italian white wines to undergo malolactic fermentation and aging in barriques with the first vintage in 1985.

Description and characteristics

"Cervaro della Sala" by Antinori presents a graceful dress with straw yellow tones, with young greenish reflections. The nose is complex, with intense hints of citrus peel and candied orange, notes of acacia flowers and spicy hints of vanilla, within a frame that points to a certain underlying minerality. The mouthfeel is wide and soft, the palate rich in salty sensations that blend with the hints of buttery pastries and an evident toasted hazelnut.
