Description and characteristics

Benoit Ente tends to harvest very early, so his wines offer a pleasant acidity. This wine of great elegance shows a complex aromatic bouquet with pleasing notes of lemongrass and mint. On the palate, on the whole it is savory and characterized by a magnificent lively and mineral persistence. The finish is citrus and of great purity. In this wine we find the typical creamy aspect of Puligny-Montrachet.
