The Rosso di Montalcino DOC of Pian dell'Orino comes from the Pian Bassolino vineyard planted in 1997, which extends around the town of Montalcino. 

Description and characteristics

At the sight, light ruby red. The nose shows aromas of red fruit such as cherry and plum, notes of coffee, with a slight hint of earth and a woody note. In the mouth, the taste is rich and round, well mitigated by lively tannins and beautiful acidic trace.
