Description and characteristics

It has a beautiful ruby red color with intense purple shades. The nose is elegant, with notes of red fruit, ripe cherry, small berries. The mouthfeel is vibrant, juicy, persistent and has a distinct acidity. The Barbera d'Alba Aves by Comm. G. B. Burlotto is excellent to drink in combination with meat dishes, traditional first courses and cheese fondues.
