The most famous and imitated Barbera, the result of careful vinification in steel followed by a slow aging in barrique for about a year. A further period of rest in the bottle leads to an elegant and voluminous glass, soft and balanced.
Very intense ruby red with garnet reflections. The nose expresses a rich, complex, very concentrated and thick aroma. Hints of red fruit and small fruits, mint, vanilla and licorice open to a generous taste, with great body and remarkable structure. Soft and elegant, the finish has a strong persistence on the fruit.
