Fiano is of good complexity and aromatic richness, supported by the proverbial freshness typical of the vine. The cultivation at more than 500 metres above sea level, the cool climate and the strong temperature variations give an elegant bouquet with scents of white flowers, aromas of fruit and citrus, tropical, Mediterranean and fresh hazelnut hues. The mouthfeel is intense and deep, surrounded by a clear freshness with sapid and mineral connotations.
