Koval was founded in Chicago in 2008. Their bottlings are certified "organic" and kosher in America. The spirits mature in 113.55 liter barrels and are bottled in single barrels. Millet is used for mashing instead of the usual addition of rye or wheat.

Color: light amber.  Nose: Notes of mango chutney, vanilla.  Taste: Sweet, notes of apricot custard.  Finish: Long lasting, notes of peppery caramel, tobacco, notes of clove.
