The wine is aged for 48 months in used oak barrels so as not to give it too strong a character. At the first nose it presents frank notes of white fruit accompanied by the slightly vanilla accents of the wax, and as the wine evolves in the glass its aromatic profile gradually becomes more complex. On the palate it surprises with a powerful structure, a balanced material and a delicately tannic finish (for a white wine) played on elegant bitter notes. A wonder known by enthusiasts all over the world.
