Rinaldi's Nebbiolo wine has a ruby red color that turns towards garnet. Bringing it to the nose, one is immediately overwhelmed by its direct and frank expressive modality, in which the Langa clearly reveals itself with references to violet, cherry, dog rose, without however giving up a pleasant dose of rusticity. Tasting creates an exciting sip as usual in Beppe's liquids: an intertwining of freshness and fleshiness, it has the strength to lead back to a personal and intimate dimension. Without a doubt a wine of the heart, which is impossible to give up.
