Description and characteristics

A long over-ripening of the grapes on bamboo racks and a minimum of three years of aging in noble woods. The wise use of the native Valpolicella Classica varieties Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara is enriched by the presence of the original Oseleta, rediscovered by Masi.
