Instead, Valentini's Trebbiano amazes for its incredible complexity and finesse, which rivals the best whites of Burgundy or Moselle. The vineyards with very low yields are treated in a totally artisanal way (to the point of not being included in the definition of organic or biodynamic), the same philosophy followed in the cellar.

Description and characteristics

At sight it shows a golden yellow color, characterized by light orange reflections. The nose is pure enjoyment: broom, salted caper, corn, apricot, pear, aromatic herbs, hay and wood. On the palate it is full-bodied, rich, round, with a vein A wine of great structure, which therefore requires important preparations and ingredients.
